Rosham operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Please note that Rosham operates as a dropshipping entity; products are curated by us and fulfilled directly by our global third-party suppliers to your doorstep. Rosham is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

SECTION 1 - OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ due to device settings. We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased will meet your expectations. As a dropshipping service, we facilitate the sale of products from third-party manufacturers and are not the direct manufacturer of the goods sold.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Dropshipping Model: By purchasing from Rosham, you acknowledge that items may ship from international locations directly from our suppliers.

  • Delivery Estimates: All delivery times are estimates. Standard shipping typically takes approximately 5 to 15 business days.

  • Liability: We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

SECTION 3 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our strict Refund Policy:

  • 48-Hour Notification Rule: Due to the nature of our logistics and the hygiene standards of our wellness products, any request for a return or exchange must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be undamaged and in its original condition with all original packaging.

  • Final Sale: Requests made after the 48-hour window will not be accommodated.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or potential import/customs charges which may be applicable for international dropshipping orders. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools (like order tracking) or links to supplier websites. We have no control over these and provide them "as is" without warranties. Any harm or damages related to third-party services are not the responsibility of Rosham.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Rosham is headquartered (Kerala, India).
