We take pride in the quality of our products. However, due to the hygienic nature of our foot patches and our logistical model, we have a very specific return window.

48-Hour Window: Any request for a return or exchange must be made within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Condition for Return: To be eligible, the product must be undamaged and in its original condition with all packaging intact.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our designated warehouse.
